They provide an invaluable service to aging adults. We encourage our Care Professionals to foster genuine relationships with the seniors in our community while providing compassionate care to help keep clients healthy, safe, and happy at home. Care Professional Pay & Benefits: $17.50-18.50/hr - bi weekly pay & direct deposit $250 -$500 caregiver sign on bonus $500 new client referral program bonus Mileage reimbursement (in-visit travel and between same-day visits) Cell phone reimbursement 401k Plan Dental, Vision, Life insurance, plans available Ongoing Training Incentives Responsibilities: Cooking, lite housekeeping, laundry and companionship are the primary jobs 1-on-1 assistance with hands-on, non-medical activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and dressing Monitor and report changes in patient health status Applicant Requirements: Must have a minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, HCA, or RN Have a valid driver's license Available for 15 hours per week during high-volume care hours (7 AM - 10 PM). Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply) Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulations Must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android Available after probation period of 90 days
