Human Resources Manager

An incredibly successful and prestigious hospitality-related company in San Francisco is searching for a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the HR function across several related businesses, including planning and organizing, strategic management, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and training and development. The right candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related business field, 5 years of HR management experience, including experience in a start-up environment, with some high-end hospitality experience being preferred. A candidate’s prior success in a crazy fast-paced environment is important. The position will be in-person in San Francisco with a salary of around $150K, plus bonus and benefits.
