They're revolutionizing the customer experience by improving accuracy, speed, and efficiency through conversational interfaces. They're on a mission to become the leading provider of Voice AI solutions for the quick-service restaurant industry. About the Role As a Founding Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our product. You'll work closely with the team to: Develop and deploy state-of-the-art AI models: Focus on speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and large language models (LLMs) for accurate and engaging voice interactions. Build robust and scalable backend infrastructure: Design and implement systems that can handle the demands of a high-volume, real-time application. Integrate with restaurant technologies: Seamlessly integrate our Voice AI solution with Point of Sale (POS) systems, kitchen display systems, and drive-thru communication systems. Contribute to all stages of product development: From initial ideation and prototyping to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
