Hotel Operations Manager/Deputy Manager - Candidates MUST Drive Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 per year TRONC (Total Package up to £55,000) Live-In Accommodation Available Are you an experienced and driven Hotel Operations Manager or strong Deputy Manager with a passion for premium service and exceptional standards? A prestigious and award-winning premium pub company is looking for an outstanding Hotel Operations Manager to join the team and lead the operational excellence of one of their most successful sites. This charming countryside inn has earned multiple awards and is now looking for a dynamic individual to help maintain and elevate the high standards. What we would LOVE from you: You come from a hotel management background with experience in managing large-volume operations, ideally within premium or high-standard venues. You are highly driven, proactive, and committed to maintaining the highest levels of service and operational excellence. You have experience managing and developing teams, ensuring staff are engaged, motivated, and providing outstanding service. You are skilled in managing budgets, stock control, and driving profitability, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry's financial metrics You have a passion for delivering top-tier guest experiences and an eye for detail in every aspect of operations.
