Junior Sous Chef fresh, seasonal menus - package to £38,000 This lovely village pub has a busy restaurant and due to their popularity, they are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to strengthen the team. It is part of a small independently owned group of pubs each with their own special identity. At this site there is a brigade of 6 chefs preparing modern British cuisine with international influences. Everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce and there is an emphasis on using locally sourced and artisan produce too.
