Salary : £50,000 – £55,000 Work Environment : Hybrid working (1 day remote) Holidays : 25 days bank holidays Development : Supported training & professional development Culture : Regular team social events Benefits : 4% pension contribution & life assurance Your Role • Lead health & safety reviews during preconstruction phases • Act as Principal Designer Lead across diverse architectural projects • Advise on the Building Safety Act 2022 and design risk assessments • Coordinate cladding remediation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations • Collaborate with design teams, clients, and enforcing authorities • Use the Golden Thread principle to manage critical safety documentation What You’ll Need • ARB Registered Architect with UK high-risk building experience • In-depth understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 • Expertise in cladding typologies and preconstruction health & safety • Revit skills (preferred but training available) • Commitment to gaining RIBA Principal Designer registration This practice boasts a diverse portfolio across residential , healthcare , hospitality , commercial , and façade projects , with a strong focus on sustainability and compliance .
