The role requires strategic oversight, complete P&L management, and leadership in market positioning and expansion. What you will do P&L Management : Direct and enhance profitability through strategic financial oversight. Team Leadership : Develop high-performing teams in key regions, instilling a culture of excellence. Strategic Growth : Design and implement growth strategies, coordinating new market entries and expansion to Europe. Supply Chain Optimization : Refine supply chain logistics to boost efficiency and margins. Brand Enhancement : Elevate brand presence in the high-end catering market. What you will need to succeed Experience : At least 7 years in leadership within the food service, hospitality or catering industries. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple locations. Strategic Acumen : Expertise in strategic planning and market growth. Client Relations : Strong client management skills. Language Skills : Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is highly desirable.
