Theatre Recovery Lead (RN/ODP) Salary: up to £49,000 – welcome bonus up to £3,600 (T&Cs apply) Full time Banbury A well-respected private hospital in the Banbury area requires a Theatre Recovery Lead to support their theatre team in providing a high standard of efficient, individualised patient care. Qualifications Registered with the NMC/HCPC At least 3 years recovery experience ALS qualification (desirable) Skills Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service Strong organisation skills and attention to detail Excellent time management Sound written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required Demonstrated computer skills A strong communicator with exceptional standards for customer service standards.
