We are currently looking for an AssistantHead Sommelier for a 2 Michelin star restaurant You will need to have: - Experience as Assistant Head sommelier in at least 1 to 2 Michelin star establishment essential - Fluent English - you must have the right to work in UK - you must have a qualifications WSET 2 or 3 duties: - Advising members on wine lists - To lead and manage the sommelier team - Resource Planning/People Management - Cost Control Very good hours, 4 days work a week AMRT1_UKCT
