Chef De Partie Location: Surrey and Hampshire Temporary Salary: Up to £16.50 per hour DOE We are currently seeking skilled CDP’s to join or temporary team based over Surrey and Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced chefs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional food quality across various venues, including restaurants, hotels, events, and catering establishments. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook and present dishes within your section to a consistently high standard. Support the head chef and sous chef in daily kitchen operations. Ensure all food preparation meets health, safety and hygiene standards. Contribute to the creation and development of menus ensuring quality. Manage stock levels. Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workspace. Adapt to different kitchen environments and teams while maintaining a professional attitude. Requirements Proven experience as a CDP or similar role. Flexibility to work in various kitchens and adjust to different menus and team dynamics. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver high quality results.
