Prior experience in hospitality is advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Associate Development Facilitate recruitment, training, and ongoing development of associates. Strategize workforce planning to encompass skill enhancement and cross-training initiatives. Oversee associate performance management with a focus on long-term growth. Foster a culture of success aligned with company ethos. Client Engagement Attune to client preferences and expectations, ensuring service delivery aligns with their needs. Uphold commitments made to clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Proactively address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
