Location: Warren, MI (Wayne County) Schedule: Afternoons & Evenings Compensation: $16.05 - $19.05/hour (based on case assignment) About the Role We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for children with disabilities in their homes and local community. Your role will involve: Assisting with daily routines, including hygiene and household tasks. Teaching life skills to encourage independence and confidence. Creating a nurturing and supportive environment for personal growth. Following personalized care plans and ExpertCare training guidelines. What We’re Looking For We welcome candidates who: Are at least 18 years old. Are comfortable working in clients’ homes and local spaces like parks or libraries. Have reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts. Possess patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Can successfully pass required background checks. Are willing to complete online training and attend two in-person sessions in Troy, MI.
