Come grow with us and be part of something exciting Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Architect/Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet both client and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to establish project requirements and specifications. Prepare architectural documentation using Revit, including drawings, specifications, and submittals. Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with local building codes and standards. Use Revit & Lumion to create visual presentations and renderings for client meetings. Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders on timelines and deliverables. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Licensed Architect or equivalent professional certification is preferred. Proven experience in project management and commercial architectural projects. Proficiency in Revit and Lumion software applications. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
