Influencer Marketing Specialist We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. You will work closely with influencers, our clients and cross-functional teams to identify, manage, and optimize influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer landscapes, and a creative approach to building impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences. 2-3 years of influencer marketing in restaurants or hotels is required. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and build targeted lists of relevant influencers for campaigns Perform outreach to influencers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong partnerships Collaborate with influencers and creative teams to develop engaging content Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization Stay current with industry trends and emerging influencer platforms to recommend new opportunities Qualifications: Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
