Location: 100% Onsite in Huntington Beach/Seal Beach CA Area Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5 years of experience in project planning and coordination 5 years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications 5 years of experience in Material estimating 5 years of experience preparing time, cost, and labor estimates 5 years of experience with Estimates at Completion, Data Analysis, and/or Budgeting/Cost Performance Reporting Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor degree in Construction Management Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), architecture, or construction management Knowledge of tracking and monitoring project costs throughout the construction process Familiarity with current construction methods, materials, and costs
