This role is ideal for someone with HR experience or a background in people management from sectors like retail, hospitality, or similar. The Role: As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a key member of the team, delivering high-quality HR and Employment Law advice to a diverse client base. Key responsibilities: • Provide tailored HR and Employment Law advice to clients across various industries. • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. • Assist the HR team with workload management during busy periods. • Stay informed on the latest legislative changes and their impact on HR practices. • Maintain accurate client records and draft HR documents. • Take ownership of client cases, ensuring resolution is achieved. • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support. About you: • Proactive problem-solving skills • You can meet deadlines and deliver in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrable experience in HR or employment Law • You’re comfortable working towards KPIs and SLA deadlines. • Your written and verbal abilities are exceptional.
