Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team at their Rotherham facility. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC press brake, laser cutter, and punch machines safely and efficiently. Read and interpret engineering drawings to fabricate metal components with precision. Set up, calibrate, and maintain CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and adjust machine settings to meet production targets while ensuring quality standards. Perform regular inspections to maintain product quality and compliance with company procedures.Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience operating CNC press brake, laser, or punch machines. Experience with machine programming is a bonus. Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications. Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability to troubleshoot machine issues. Previous experience in metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous. High attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality components.Skills & Attributes: Strong organisational, time management, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and engineering software (training will be provided).
