This company was established over 20 years ago and operates across a range of construction sectors including commercial cut & carve, retail, leisure, hospitality and high end private residential. This principal contractor is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team for a number of exciting projects starting in 2025. Responsibilities of the Project Manager Be able to lead a project as the number one on site from pre-construction through to delivery and handover on large scale projects circa £50million. Responsible for Health & Safety and Quality Assurance Lead a Site team, both contractor staff and subcontractors, whilst reporting into an Operations Director Ensuring the project runs to programme and within budget Direct point of contact for the client Requirements for the Project Manager Degree Educated desired SMSTS Diverse background across a variety of construction sectors.
