Someone who is a reliable pair of hands but is also keen to grow into a management style role in the near future. These are inner city projects that involve complex engineering works, enabling works and full infrastructure. Senior Quantity Surveyor applicants must have a strong background working for Civils and Infrastructure contractors, be able to manage their own projects above £5m and ideally have the ability to mentor a junior member of the commercial team. This role would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who feels stagnated in their current position who wants a challenge as well as a realistic opportunity to progress.
