Job Description
K Key Responsibilities: Sell high-quality products to the architectural and construction sectors. Focus on generating and managing specifications with architects, design studios, developers, contractors, and installers. Split role: 80% new business development, 20% account management. Oversee projects of varying sizes, from design phase to on-site installation. Conduct CPD seminars as needed and maintain a strong project pipeline. Use CRM systems for reporting and analysis. Network with key decision-makers to drive brand recognition. Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities. Ensure accurate, timely reporting on all business activities. Personal Attributes: Experience in specification sales with architects and specifiers. Background in selling high-value or technical products to contractors. Strong existing relationships with architect practices preferred. Excellent people skills, clear communicator, and strong negotiator. Well-presented, punctual, and highly organized. Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to achieve results. Comfortable working autonomously with a disciplined project management approach. Qualifications & Skills: Strong verbal, written, and numerical skills. Prior experience in a similar sales environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting. Knowledge of the residential, hospitality, and commercial markets is desirable. Benefits: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule. Sales commission scheme.
