Ensure Compliance: Manage all employment legislation, eligibility checks, and adherence to company policies. Foster Employee Relations: Be the go-to expert for personnel matters, maintaining records, and overseeing payroll with precision via HR software systems. What You Bring: Experience: Proven track record as an HR generalist in a 4-star hotel environment. Qualification: CIPD qualification is preferred, but substantial hotel HR experience is equally valued. Expertise: Demonstrated skills in recruitment, training, team-building, and employee relations. Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment legislation and compliance standards. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating complex employee scenarios.
