This is for a warm desk working with clients and candidates who we have serviced over the past several years. Realistic Year One OTE of circa £40K Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant Location: Central Cambridge Office & Work from Home - Hybrid Model Responsibilities: Source, interview, and assess candidates within the hospitality sector, including roles in hotels, restaurants, colleges and more. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and preferences to make successful placements and ensure service levels are impeccable. Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and provide support throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients. Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry but we are open to hear from recruiters currently specialising in other sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate assessments and documentation. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to help candidates find rewarding career opportunities.
