Corporate Solicitor (Associate) – Bristol An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor at Associate Level (3–5 PQE) to join a dynamic and ambitious Legal 100 law firm in Bristol, working closely beside a highly regarded Partner with an impressive client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Corporate Solicitor, collaborating closely with clients in a quasi "in-house" capacity Provide robust support in M&A transactions, demonstrating a strong technical background Transition seamlessly between advisory and transactional responsibilities The Role: Work directly with a Senior Partner, managing a diverse range of international corporate clients Operate as an integral part of clients’ teams, liaising with finance, commercial and HR departments Deliver expert advice across the spectrum of corporate transactions What’s Next?
