Job Description

​A prominent central London estate is seeking an office focused Asset Manager to drive performance of the Estate’s directly managed offices, with particular focus on reducing vacancy, delivering long term income growth and increasing tenant retention rates through developing strong occupier relationships. The role will require sound understanding of the office occupational market, an innovative and forward-thinking mindset and an ability to motivate a network of advisors. Key role responsibilities will include: To extract added value, and maintain and improve income from the Estate’s office portfolio To prioritise excellent customer service in all aspects of day-to-day asset management To contribute to the formulation of long and short-term strategies of the Estate To carry out detailed analysis of the performance of the office portfolio To prepare annual budgets for properties within the office portfolio. Person Specification MRICS qualified (desirable) Strong understanding of and demonstrable track record within the London office leasing market (essential) Working knowledge of the flex office market (essential) Strong numeracy and written skills (essential) Remuneration The basic salary for this role will be dependent on prior experience but will be up to £75,000 plus an annual bonus and full corporate benefits.
