People First in Dover Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 3 Intensivists and 2 Critical Care APPs at Bayhealth Hospital – Kent Campus. Work alongside clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds with a shared dedication to the practice of critical care medicine. In Dover, we also have the opportunity to work with residents from many different disciplines as they train in the ICUs. Qualifications: Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Board Certified/Eligible - Physician Assistant. ICU experience required and competency in ICU procedures. Active PA license or eligible to become licensed in Delaware. Authorized to work in the United States. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling: We offer an array of flexible scheduling options. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a 317-bed community hospital. Show high levels of competency in ICU procedures while practicing autonomously. Demonstrate care for medical and surgical patients in an ICU with support from a full complement of medical subspecialists. Rewards and Benefits: Compensation: Robust total rewards including a salary of $190,000 – $205,000 depending on monthly shift average.
