Bar Manager Required for Brand-New Bar Opening in East Kilbride We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our fantastic team at our exciting new bar in East Kilbride. We are looking for someone who has a passion for great drinks and can run the bar as their own. You should know the value of building and maintaining a brilliant team and have a natural flair with guests. Our team specialize in creating amazing cocktails and delivering outstanding service. If you know how to deliver a brilliant night out and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent guest service Train your team to a high standard on product knowledge and execution Take full responsibility for all aspects of running the bar Uphold security and health & safety standards Work closely with the head office marketing team to maximize all sales opportunities Motivate the team to deliver the highest standards Be responsible for accurate rota-planning Experience Required: 2 years managerial experience within a drinks establishment Proven track record of managing a bar, including cocktails Ability to build and retain a great team Demonstrable success in growing a business Strong financial acumen in controlling costs and budgets A natural flair for hospitality and passion for premium drinks Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for delivering an exceptional guest experience If you have the relevant experience in managing a bar, especially with cocktail expertise, and are eager to lead our new East Kilbride venture, please apply with your CV.
