Job Title: Experienced Quantity Surveyor Company: Red Rock Consultants Location: Buckingham About the Role: Red Rock Consultants are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading company specialising in Ground Works, Formwork, and the Civil Engineering industry. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a professional with a proven track record in Groundworks and additional expertise in the following areas: Groundworks (Essential) Reinforced Concrete Structures (Preferred) Retaining Walls (Preferred) Bridges (Preferred) Capping Beams (Preferred) Pile Caps (Preferred) Key Responsibilities: As a experienced Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in projects that include Civils, RC Works & Groundworks. With an exciting pipeline of projects, you’ll play a crucial role in managing all commercial aspects from initial enquiry to project delivery. You’ll ensure that the company’s strong reputation for high standards is maintained while controlling costs on various commercial groundworks schemes, such as: Roads/Footpaths Hospitals/Medical Centres Plants Substations Wind turbine bases Bridges Car parks Qualifications & Experience: The ideal candidate will have: Essential: Groundworks experience Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor Experience with groundwork schemes General knowledge of contractual terms within construction Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel Why Join Us?
