Customer Service Advisor based in Sheffield Offering £11.44 per hour Full time, permanent role We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sheffield for Customer Service Advisors to join their existing team. Our client is a specialist customer service partner and outsource who work with a wide range of business to provide and enhance their customer service experience and customer journey. The Role Handling a range of inbound and outbound calls from customer, ranging in complexity. Providing exceptional customer service and striving to have a first time resolution Providing company knowledge on our clients range of products and service Using inhouse systems to log calls, update customer records and process any requests Working in line with KPI's, SLA's and customer satisfaction targets. The Person Previous experience within customer service; ideally within a phone/contact centre based environment but our client is opening to all backgrounds such as retail and hospitality. Strong IT competency Willingness and eagerness to learn. Strong communication skills both verbal and written Confidence and comfort when working in a fast-paced working environment The right attitude - You're part of a team, be punctual and reliable Hours: Full time Monday to Sunday, working 5 days out of 7 Working shifts between 8am-10pm Working on a rota basis - all candidates must be fully flexible to work all days and shifts.
