Experienced Sous Chef, Dining Pub, Islington We are currently recruiting for a talented, experienced, Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned group dining, gastro pubs based in Islington. With a real focus on seasonal produce and a passion for outstanding standards and service. They are passionate about food and their menu is focused on seasonality and tradition. They also boast a wide selection of British & European lagers, beers, real ales and ciders, and their wine list was developed by a leading wine expert to perfectly complement their food offering. They receive whole carcasses of rare and native breeds and butcher all meat on site. The Person The ideal Sous Chef will have the following: - Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen - 2 years experience in a similar kitchen with 2 Rosette standard at Sous Chef level - Can do attitude & team player - Eager to learn new techniques - Team player with excellent communication skills - Confidence to leading a team in a busy service - Fully flexible on day/evening/weekend shifts - A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn If you are an experienced Sous Chef looking for a new opportunity in Islington, apply today AMRT1_UKCT
