My client is looking for a hands-on, people focused, Head Chef, to oversee the hotels 2 Rosette Restaurant, Afternoon Tea, Breakfast and Event spaces. The role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a historic property, leading a brigade of 10 chefs, helping to define the culinary identity of this prestigious location as we enter an exciting new chapter for 2025. Manage kitchen staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximise profitability while maintaining excellent food standards.
