Junior Sous Chef

Loudons is a family run business with 2 busy city centre cafes. We are continuing to grow and are now looking to hire a Junior Sous Chef to keep up with demand. We pride ourselves on developing our chefs by providing the opportunity to rotate through & learn to manage all our kitchens. Do you want a work-life balance ? Do you want every evening to yourself ? Our shifts vary between 7am 5pm & our chefs work 48 hours per week. To be successful in this role, with the support of our head chef & sous chefs you will be responsible for: Leading the team through a busy service Placing orders with our suppliers Training junior members of staff with our inhouse personal development plan Managing stock control & recording wastage Benefits: An equal share of the tips for each hour you work approx. £7,000 per year Excellent career opportunities in an expanding business.
