Our projects range from £20k to £2 million and typically have turnaround times of 5-12 weeks. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of exciting and varied projects across the South of England. The Role As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, taking responsibility for planning, execution, financial management, and ensuring quality delivery. This role demands a hands-on approach, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of project delivery, from initial planning and design through to execution, monitoring, and completion. Financial Control: Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and handle financial variations to ensure profitability. Client Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Team and Resource Coordination: Supervise subcontractors and internal teams to optimise resource allocation and maintain project timelines. Delivery Excellence: Ensure all projects are completed to specification, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption. Compliance: Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. About You To excel in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC sector. Expertise in managing smaller-scale projects (ranging from £20k to £2 million), particularly within the retail and hospitality sectors. Strong financial management skills, including experience handling budgets and managing financial variations. Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, capable of delivering projects with a 5-12 week turnaround. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, industry practices, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of England as required. What We Offer A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
