Reception and Holiday Bookings Manager 37.5 hours/week Based North Norfolk If you've got previous experience of successful team management and a proven track record in the hospitality and leisure industry, then this could be the perfect role for you We are delighted to be partnering with this award-winning holiday park situated in a beautiful location close to the iconic Wells beach. This five-star graded park offers a combination of caravan holiday homes to buy, holiday homes and lodges and touring caravan pitches. The park also manages Wells beach and its beach huts and the Wells Beach Bus service. You will be responsible for driving holiday bookings and managing reception, retail and housekeeping operations. You must also have experience in providing exceptional customer service, ideally from a similar environment as well as experience in managing budgets and pricing strategies.
