Contracts Manager

Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Home Counties. Office-based several days a week, projects are in London & Home Counties but may be required to visit sites nationally Salary: £80,000-£90,000 & Package Sector: Leisure & Hospitality Projects Role Overview: My client are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee their leisure projects. The candidate will collaborate with a Quantity Surveyor (QS) and the site team to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee two-three projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Collaborate with a Quantity Surveyor (QS) for project planning, budgeting, and execution. Handle large refurbishments, including Cut & Carve of existing buildings, as well as some new builds. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and effective communication. Implement best practices in construction management to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably in leisure works. Strong knowledge of Cut & Carve refurbishment projects. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure. Ability to over projects up to the value of £10M Interview Process: The interview process will be two stages. Initially a teams call and then a face to face interview
