Led by directors with 50 years of combined industry experience, they are now looking for Project Managers with trade experience who want to be part of a dynamic team. Key Project Sectors: High-End Residential Offices/Commercial Spaces Heritage and Listed Buildings Retail and Hospitality (Restaurants, Cafes, Shops) Schools and Student Accommodation Sports and Leisure Facilities Your Role as a Project Manager: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects ranging from £1m to £8m, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the company’s reputation while leading exciting projects in some of London’s most sought-after areas. Key Responsibilities for Project Manager: Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors. Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure seamless delivery. Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Manage budgets, track expenditure, and provide accurate financial reporting. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication. Support and mentor team members to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities. Manage resources effectively, including staff, materials, and equipment. Health and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of health and safety on-site. Implement and monitor site-specific health and safety plans. Conduct regular audits and promptly address any issues. What We’re Looking For: A trade background with proven experience in project management within high-end residential and commercial refurbishment/fit-out. Strong leadership and team management skills. Solid knowledge of contract management and construction regulations. Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
