As the Business Development Manager, you’ll take the lead on identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a pivotal role that blends sales, strategy, and creativity, making it ideal for a proactive professional eager to grow with the business. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to uncover trends and identify opportunities. Cultivate and expand client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Deliver engaging sales pitches, product demos, and create compelling proposals. Manage the sales funnel and track performance using HubSpot or similar tools. Analyze financial performance and develop actionable growth strategies. Represent the agency at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development. Prepare growth budgets and mentor team members to promote a culture of success. Is This You? You’re an ambitious, results-driven professional who excels in collaborative environments. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a sales, business development or client services role (or similar). Experience working in a digital or creative agency environment preferable. Some technical knowledge of web design and/or digital marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical skills and an eye for detail. What’s In It for You?
