Credit Controller

Our client – a large manufacturing business, are on the lookout for a competent and proficient Credit Controller to join their team This role will entail managing clients/debtors in order to maintain strong relationships and maximize the collection of arrears. Responsibilities: Ensure all outstanding debts are chased using appropriate methods and in accordance with the Credit Policy and Debt Collection process Ensure accurate record keeping of ledgers within the system Allocating of payments once made Assisting in identifying any customers or balances that may result in bad debt Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, in line with SLAs Produce all necessary credit checking reports for both new customers and existing customers in line with the Credit Policy. To manage, monitor and review credit scores for existing customers on a regular basis in line with the Credit Policy.
