They are now seeking Site Managers with trade experience to support their growing portfolio of projects. Key Project Sectors: High-End Residential Offices/Commercial Spaces Heritage and Listed Buildings Retail and Hospitality (Restaurants, Cafes, Shops) Schools and Student Accommodation Sports and Leisure Facilities Your Role as Site Manager / No.2 on Site: You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site operations, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key leadership role on-site while building your career with a dynamic and forward-thinking contractor. Key Responsibilities: Site Operations: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Support the Project Manager in managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor and enforce adherence to design specifications and construction plans. Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager, clients, and stakeholders. Ensure all work meets the company’s high standards for quality and craftsmanship. Health and Safety: Uphold the highest health and safety standards on-site. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance. Address and resolve any health and safety concerns promptly. Leadership and Teamwork: Act as the No.2 on-site, providing leadership and support to site teams and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment. Resolve on-site issues and make decisions to maintain project momentum. What We’re Looking For: A trade background with proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential and commercial refurbishment/fit-out projects. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
