Brand Development Director

Seeking a creative and strategic Brand Development Director to develop and execute the brand strategy; driving revenue across EMEA and APAC regions. This role will focus on the beauty, wellness and personal care sector; identifying new brand partners to drive further performance within HORECA channels. This role can be based remotely, but there will be frequent travel across EU to build relationships and a market-leading brand and distribution portfolio. Description The successful Brand Development Director will be responsible for Driving the brand portfolio and strategy across the EMEA and APAC regions. Identifying strategic partnership opportunities to drive growth within the HORECA channels. Negotiate global licensing agreements; working in partnership with the Sales team. Direct and coordinate the brand and product development process. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, and market applications. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities. Manage media and advertising budgets; planning and executing all communications campaigns. Report on brand performance on a monthly basis. Line management. Profile A successful 'Brand Development Director' will have the following expertise Demonstrable experience within the beauty and/or personal care sector; ideally working within HORECA channels with global exposure. The willingness and ability to travel. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
