The Role of Senior Quantity Surveyor As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a leading role in delivering exceptional results across a range of sectors. You'll take ownership of key projects, guide junior team members, and work closely with Directors to ensure smooth delivery. End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception through to completion. Leadership: Provide guidance to junior staff and collaborate with senior colleagues to maintain high standards. Versatility: Deliver on projects across residential, hotel, and commercial sectors, with project values averaging £20m and reaching up to £60m.What We're Looking For Experienced Professional: 4 years of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within a consultancy or cost management environment. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in pre- and post-contract services with the ability to lead independently. Client-Focused: Strong communication skills, confident in client-facing roles, and eager to mentor and develop others.What's in It for You?
