Key Skills: Senior Telecoms Network Engineer with proficiency in configuring and managing Avaya and Mitel PABX systems Experienced including hardware, softphones, IP phones, gateways, and servers Knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and protocols Autonomous with good organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills Fully fluent in English Key Tasks: Support migrations, monitor the solutions to implement, and create documentation.
