Hospitality Manager for a wine hotel in southern Tuscany

We are a biodynamic agricultural business that produces natural wine, ancient grains and olive oil. Integrated into this is our own hospitality resort, consisting of various guest houses and a boutique hotel. Are you the manager with the experience and drive to redesign the hospitality industry, hire the right talent and turn the whole thing into a success story? Do you have a successful education in the hotel industry and at least five years of professional experience? Your responsibilities: - You will create a detailed hospitality concept, based on the current situation, and implement it successfully. - Structure of the entire hospitality team (housing, F&, B etc.), consisting of front office, back office (position to be filled) - Housekeeper for preparing breakfast, room control, organising laundry and cleaning of the houses and rooms, decoration and special services for the guest. (position to be filled) - Infrastructure control (can possibly be delegated) - Development of the food and beverage management (position to be filled) - Planning, implementing and billing small and large events - Internal communication within the team, between guests, the wine production team and artists - Developing and optimising public relations You can expect a versatile and beautiful working environment in which you can contribute your skills and talents. To give you an idea of what to expect: The hospitality area includes a boutique hotel in a small medieval village (Tatti GR). This grand old noble Marcheser villa with 18 guest rooms and two beautiful halls has recently been elegantly renovated and stylishly furnished. The three residential buildings on the nearby estate, right next to the owners' villa, as well as four small apartments, are harmoniously embedded in the vineyards. The bistro/restaurant, which seats seventy people, is also suitable for events (weddings, birthdays and corporate events). It has a large panoramic terrace with a cocktail bar and a large open-air outdoor area. Wine tastings and wine cellar tours take place in the hotel's own cantina. A large separate cafeteria with co-working spaces and studios with artist residencies complete the hospitality area. The capacity of all units is approximately 60 beds.
