AlliedTravelCareers is working with AMN Healthcare Allied to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in OAKLAND, California, 94621 Pay Information $2,243 to $2,457 per week About The Position Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH) StartDate: 1/20/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2242.57 - $2457.28 PT needed asap for 13 weeks Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday and one weekend a month rotation Requirement: CA PT License and one year of Home Health experience Territory: Sacramento, Ca (Will be required to expand as needed) Training: 3 full days, one in house and two in the field Documentation System: Kinnser Equipment Issued: iPad, Verizon One Talk Mileage Reimbursement: $0.65.5/mile (from first to last patient) Parking and Toll Reimbursement: Paid Company Car: Option with a decreased bill rate Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, Home Health Experience: 1 year Licenses: PT-CA SSN Required DOB Required Requirement: CA PT License and one year of Home Health experience Preferred Qualifications none Facility Location Oakland has it all: a mild year-round climate, world-class arts and entertainment, award-winning restaurants, a yacht-dotted waterfront and a wonderfully renovated downtown area.
