Restaurant Manager

Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: San Antonio, Texas Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant. Manage and lead a team of front-of-house staff. Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and control costs. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
