Concierge Medicine Physician (IM/FM)

Wayland Personal Physicians, located in Wayland MA, is a Concierge Practice in Metrowest Boston. We currently have 2 physicians and a PA-C, and are looking to add a third physician. Role Description Full time (4 days/week in office plus 1 day for administrative time) Seeking an experienced physician with an interest in Women's Health and Primary Care. Small panel of patients (300 is a full practice) Malpractice insurance provided Health insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k), FSA, Company 401(k) contribution Staff position with Newton Wellesley Hospital / Mass General Brigham network MGB/Epic EHR Premier office space Starting guaranteed base salary while beginning to build panel, with increased compensation as panel grows Qualifications Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited medical school Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality patient care 5 years of primary care experience
