Senior Financial Analyst

The senior financial analyst will partner with the finance and accounting team and support decision-making. He/she will use analytical tools and skills to handle the budgeting/forecasting process, amongst other things listed below. Responsibilities Partner with operational teams to produce accurate P&L expense forecasts, record and analyze actual performance and develop plan to address variances Build financial models to predict effects of operational revenue/cost action plans Analyze operating results Assist in the development and implementation of reports for operating groups Summarize trends and relationships through graphs, schedules, and memoranda Constantly improve reporting process and analytics Responsible for "special project" initiatives as defined by senior management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required (MBA preferred); Two to four years of related financial or business analysis experience ( hospitality preferred);
