The Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator sits on the Brand Team, an important function that serves as the “hub” of the Marketing team. This person is responsible for management of the marketing calendar and project managing key marketing initiatives. The Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator is passionate about food, a strategic thinker, strong project manager, detail-oriented, and a results-driven marketer. Identifying as a fried chicken and biscuits lover, having a sense of humor, and having restaurant experience are a big plus. Success is measured in increased sales and guest counts, driving brand health scores and executing efficiently and on schedule About the Role Assist in development, management and execution of the annual marketing calendar including promotions, LTOs and activations. Coordinate with Marketing team as well as internal and external partners to develop and execute marketing plans. Manage the development of campaign briefs, plans and recaps. Analyze business and marketing/media performance, identify learnings and translate findings into actionable plans. Manage the development of creative assets for all marketing campaigns and point of sale configurations for LTOs. Ensure all campaign marketing materials meet brand standards. Assist in development of key internal and external presentations. Collaborate with social, digital, PR and sponsorship teams and support various activations. Essential Functions Primarily in office, 1 day per week work from home Must be based in/near Charlotte, NC Competencies BA Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with project management ownership responsibility. Must be an efficient project manager, organized and detail-oriented. Must be skilled in PowerPoint and able to present information in an organized and visual manner. Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners (both internal and external); must be able to work cross-functionally.
