Mercer Imports, Inc. is hiring a Key Account Manager for our Beverly Hills & West Hollywood territory We are pleased to share this exciting opportunity to work with a well-established, highly reputable Importer and Distributor of artisanal wines and spirits from all over the world. Whether you’re ready for a switch from front-of-house hospitality or already an established Fine Wines Representative, we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate is a passionate, highly motivated team player with a strong desire to achieve goals. We are looking for an individual who can take company directives and put them into action without the need for micro-management. The person has to be smart, intuitive, highly-effective, and personally accountable. Passion and determination are crucial. H. Mercer Imports, Inc. is an independently owned company specializing in small production, family-owned estates with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and traditional varietal character in our wines. Most of our producers practice organic or biodynamic farming with minimal intervention winemaking techniques. Our wines can be found in Michelin starred restaurants, wine bars, family-owned restaurants and specialty retail stores across California. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate professional looking to take their career to the next level Full-Time Competitive Salary - Commission & Bonuses Overseas suppliers visits Flexible Schedule Established Account Base Expense Account Requirements: Must be located within the territory Local travel in the Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, central areas, must own/lease a car and have a valid driver’s license 3 years experience in fine wines (certifications are a plus, but not required) Strong knowledge and passion for wine from around the world Develop a trusted advisory relationship with customer Must be self-motivated and independent Excellent organization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Existing industry relationships in the area
