The General Manager will be responsible for managing the restaurant’s daily operations, supervising the management team and staff, and ensuring alignment with our fine dining standards and operational guidelines. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of wine and cocktails. Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and quality. • Lead and develop the restaurant management team and personnel. • Maintain consistency in preparing the highest quality food and beverages. • Deliver superior levels of customer service and genuine hospitality. • Achieve financial success by driving sales growth and increasing profitability. • Model hospitality and service excellence at every opportunity. • Identify and develop talent within the team, fostering a culture of growth and professionalism. Qualifications: • A minimum of 4 years of management experience in the hospitality industry is required. • Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails is essential. • Ownership mentality with a drive for operational excellence. • Ability to lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
