In Home Caregiver

We are seeking an In-Home Caregiver, CNA, STNA, or HHA to become a part of our team We train new caregivers, too. So, no experience is required. You will provide routine healthcare assistance to patients at the patient's home. We offer flexible schedules for all of our caregivers BENEFITS Dental insurance Flexible schedule Life insurance Referral program Vision insurance RESPONSIBILITIES Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members REQUIREMENTS Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification (we offer training on this) Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills Village Caregiving is the nation's largest privately owned non-skilled home care agency.
